Job Opportunity: Delivery Driver/Trade Counter

This role is an entry-level position that involves assisting plumbers and other tradespeople with accessing products for building and renovation projects. The successful candidate will provide customer service, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle, and maintain a tidy and safe work environment.

About the Job

  • Provide excellent customer service and information about products to clients.
  • Quote prices both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate product information is available.
  • Pick orders and help keep the branch running smoothly.
  • Occasionally deliver products to customers using a company vehicle.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to use a computer and learn new systems is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts are required.
