We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to support our team in managing changes and risks on a Water Desalination Plant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing project changes, preparing and supporting contract claims, ensuring change requests are processed and communicated effectively, delivering tailored training to site teams, identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks and opportunities, and engaging stakeholders and reporting on risks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage project changesimpacting time, cost, and scope.
  • Prepare and support contract claims, especially for client-driven changes and cost-plus arrangements.
  • Ensure change requestsare processed, approved, and communicated effectively.
  • Deliver tailored trainingto site teams on the project-specific change management process.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks and opportunities, aligning them with change management strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders and report on risks, ensuring compliance through audits and providing actionable insights to senior management.
