Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at ORS Group. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults with various disabilities and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life
- Develop and implement individualised plans to address client needs and promote independence
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- A comprehensive six-month new graduate program, including reduced client hours, allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, and graduate-specific training
- Opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients and develop expertise in specific areas, such as paediatrics or home modifications
- A supportive and collaborative team environment, with regular supervision and feedback
- Flexible work arrangements, including part-time or compressed hours, to support work-life balance

Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one
