Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Macquarie. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding.
Key Responsibilities- Assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients living in the community
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency
- Postgraduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including the community setting
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team, and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
