Procurement Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role requires a strong background in purchasing, international logistics, and inventory management.

About the Position
  • Manage direct materials procurement, including communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure timely release of purchase orders and schedules, and maintain accurate ERP records.
  • Drive savings by identifying, qualifying, and selecting new suppliers, evaluating quotations, and leveraging existing supplier relationships or recommending alternatives.
  • Support our inventory reduction and optimization programs, assist in identifying slow-moving and obsolete items, and maintain appropriate safety stock, MOQ, EOQ, and batch sizes.
  • Manage quality alerts, non-conformance reports, and requests for credits with suppliers.
Required Skills
  • A strong background in purchasing, international logistics, and inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, international trade terms (Incoterms), and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A creative problem-solver, able to perform well under tight deadlines and decisive under pressure.
