Job Description:\

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering ongoing client relationships. This involves providing product knowledge and support to dairy and beef clients, both on-farm and in-store.

  • Visiting farms to understand customers' unique requirements and offering solutions that drive their success\
  • Coordinating sales administration, inventory, order delivery, and general merchandising\
  • Serving as the primary contact for dairy and beef clients on pricing, logistics, product availability, and problem resolution\
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience with our organization\\/ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:\

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with dairy and/or beef cattle producers or a background in livestock, fencing, or horticulture\
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine willingness to help customers succeed\
  • A structured sales approach and satisfaction in converting prospects into secure new business\
  • Flexibility to work both in-store and on customer farms\
