Expert Payroll Specialist Required

We are seeking a seasoned payroll expert to manage end-to-end payroll processes for approximately 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience managing payroll and be confident in leading the payroll department.

  • Audit and manage payroll and timekeeping systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing.

The successful applicant will work from home on flexible hours within a 38-hour work week, and four additional paid wellbeing days each year.

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to drive business insights.
  • Solid understanding of multi-state payroll requirements, awards, legislation, and taxation.

Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and other teams are essential.
