Electrical Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our Network Control and Operations team based at our head office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills.
The Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient planning and allocation of tasks to field resources allocated to the electricity network under the operational management of the Network Control Centre in a 24 x 7 environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize, package and schedule fault, monitoring, servicing, public lighting, and maintenance type tasks.
- Assist the NCC team to coordinate the electricity network key activities to ensure optimum safety and efficiency.
- Provide safe and effective direction of field personnel.
- Basic knowledge of GIS and UESAP.
- Knowledge of emergency management processes or situations including importance of escalation.
- Understanding of Electrical theory.
