Newborn Hearing Screening Lead

Our organization is seeking a Senior Area Manager to lead the delivery of newborn hearing screening services across a regional cluster of Victorian maternity hospitals.
As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, supervise other managers, and ensure adherence to national and program standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct supervision and guidance to other area managers.
- Collaborating with our leadership team to support newborn hearing care services.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality newborn hearing screening activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and support others in achieving goals and tasks.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing demands.
- Proficiency in computer and data management systems.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Comfort working with newborns.
