About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Advisor to join our Sector Support and Development team at Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to funded aged care providers to enhance their capacity within the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
  • Work collaboratively with the SSD Connect Alliance and other SSD providers to coordinate and deliver information, training, and support to the sector.
  • Develop project briefs and participate in project control groups to lead and support projects that develop provider capacity, promote sector change, and advocate to Government.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote wellness and inclusive practice, aged care reforms, regulatory frameworks, funding, and business models.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the aged care sector and service systems.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of the aged care reform process and in-home aged care.
