Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and provide individualized support to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to design and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Deliver innovative virtual reality pain education programs, such as Re-thinking Recovery
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Professional registration with ESSA or AHPRA
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
