Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee regional strategy, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for supporting global initiatives, ensuring effective application of technical solutions, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation projects, team management, and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will possess skills such as stakeholder engagement, business strategy planning, thought leadership, reporting, and continuous improvement.

They will work closely with prestigious customers, internal product groups, and leadership teams.

  • Support Global Initiatives: Contribute to delivering on key initiatives as defined by the global customer success lead.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective application of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with customers, internal product groups, and leadership teams.
  • Support Regional Strategy: Assist in executing growth strategy and future initiatives within the region.

To succeed in this job, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in Software Implementation Projects
  • 5+ years' experience managing a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong customer facilitation skills and ability to utilise design thinking and requirement gathering skills

  • Reporting and monitoring success through metrics
  • Managing delivery in terms of overall satisfaction and profitability
  • Continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry trends
  • Conducting status reviews and feedback sessions
  • Highly motivated, exceptional work ethic, possessing a positive attitude & well-developed time management skills
