
Enterprise Customer Success Specialist

- Maintain CRM data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Sales pipeline reporting: Provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasting reports to leadership for strategic planning.
- Customer satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and CSAT or other measures, identifying and addressing key issues to improve overall experience in partnership with the Marketing and other teams.
- Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the healthcare ecosystem.
- A proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large enterprise healthcare customers, and experience building and maintaining senior executive relationships.
