Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand and Creative Director to lead our brand development efforts. This role will be responsible for shaping the overall brand strategy, creating a compelling narrative, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our marketing, sales, and communication efforts.
  • Lead the creative direction for the brand, crafting a unique visual identity and communication style.
  • Manage subscriber data, including list hygiene, segmentation, and syncing with our CRM system.
  • Provide hands-on creative direction and guidance to the creative team on branding and communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality content, including campaign concepts, social media content, and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with external partners and media agencies to ensure consistent and impactful external communications.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all internal and external communications adhere to them.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of brand messaging and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, creative execution, and strategic communication.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
  • A portfolio of successful brand campaigns you have led or contributed to.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
