HVAC Site Management Position

Leading Australian HVAC contractor is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems on major industrial projects across Australia.
About the Job- Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards through close supervision of HVAC system installation and testing.
- C Coordinate daily on-site operations, manage subcontractors and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain open communication channels with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to address challenges efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of site safety by adhering to safety regulations and conducting thorough risk assessments.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing HVAC operations in Australia.
- Proven track record of managing industrial and commercial projects.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with builders and subcontractors through effective communication.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct site teams towards achieving project goals.
