HVAC Mechanical Site Manager

The Company
They are a leading tier 2 HVAC contractor who have been operating across the Sydney construction market for many years. They work with excellent tier 1 & 2 builders across a variety of major commercial, health, retail projects.
They are looking for a Site Manager to join their business as they have just picked up a cracking project that is just about to come out of the ground and will be going on till at least 2027. This is a perfect opportunity to progress to a Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery for the project with values up to $12m (HVAC value)
- Oversee the team, labour, materials, client & stakeholder management.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills as you will be dealing with builders, clients etc
- Be able to motivate your team
You will:
- Have several years experience as a Foreman or Site Manager, ideally across tier 2 projects
- Have plenty of industry knowledge
- Solid verbal & written communication skills
- Be company minded and looking to be here long term
