Job Description

The Senior Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of high-impact projects that drive operational excellence and strategic alignment.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, develop project management methodologies, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that meet business objectives and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project outcomes, transform requirements into actionable plans, and deliver results effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead small to medium-sized project teams, including coordination with consultants and vendors, to achieve defined project outcomes.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, applying industry best practices to maintain quality and project integrity.
  • Cost and Schedule Management: Develop and implement strategies to control costs, adhere to schedules, and maintain project scope and work quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, with proven experience in complex environments.
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized project teams, with a focus on delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and informative reports on project progress and outcomes.
