Job Title: Mechanical Systems Engineer

This role involves leading a team in the design, development, and evaluation of mechanical systems, components, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with complex issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems for projects with unique requirements.
  • Leading technical investigations and providing recommendations to resolve complex issues.

In order to succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and relevant work experience. Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation in Mechanical discipline is also highly desirable.

Bonus points if you have experience with detailed design of Copper Concentrator projects and slurry pumping system design

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation in Mechanical discipline.
  • Experience with detailed design of Copper Concentrator projects and slurry pumping system design.
