Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring business infrastructure and systems.

  • Implementing technologies and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Providing technical support and project management services.
  • Responding to and resolving Level 2 and 3 incidents in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Active Directory, MS Teams, VMware suite, and Microsoft System Centre suite.

Requirements
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and administering infrastructure platform solutions using VMware vSphere.
  • Designing, implementing, and administering storage solutions using SAN technologies.
  • Understanding IT Service Management concepts, particularly ITIL v4.
  • Working with challenging networking solutions on physical and/or virtualized platforms.
  • Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines, policies, and standards.
