Senior Platform Development Manager

This role involves developing and delivering a vision for a SAP Core Banking System on HANA and Cloud Modernisation transformation within the Core Banking Platform Crew. The high availability, modernised platform powers many critical elements of the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Expertise in Full Cycle Implementation and Cloud transformation model, where engineers are involved in Design, Build, Change, and Run.
- Passion for designing, developing, deploying and running high quality modern solutions.
- Contribution to a culture where quality, inclusiveness and excellence are championed.
- Leadership in embedding security best practices across infrastructure and deployment workflows.
- Technical mentorship and thought leadership for platform engineering standards and architecture.
- Security assessments across platform components.
- Communication and education of various stakeholder groups including high level executives.
