• The successful candidate will be expected to participate in business development events and initiatives run by the practice group and the organisation.

• They will also be required to attend and participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars and sessions.

• This role is ideal for someone who is a team player, able to build and foster strong client relationships, and has a positive attitude.

• The successful candidate will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the firm's values.

• We expect the successful candidate to have a strong commitment to and understanding of the firm's values.

• They will be required to work in a co-operative and respectful manner with legal assistants, other lawyers, and all staff members.

• A professional appearance is essential for this role.

• The successful candidate will be required to remain calm under pressure and engage with all employees in a professional and positive manner.

• They will be expected to participate in training and safety initiatives implemented by the company and comply with all safety directives and instructions.

• A strong ability to mentor junior lawyers and law clerks is also essential for this role.
