As a seasoned technology professional, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering technology solutions across the business.

About the Role

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritise business and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-engineer processes and deliver effective system solutions
  • Support solution design, documentation and implementation to meet project and business goals
  • Coordinate system configuration changes with internal and external teams
  • Assist with integration mapping, testing, and service transition for new and enhanced systems
  • Provide level 3 support and contribute to resolving complex system-related issues
  • Advise project teams on system capabilities, limitations and workload estimations

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Functional and/or System Analyst in technology projects such as new POS, ERP or WMS implementations
  • Supply Chain, Logistics and EDI exposure - Highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A solutions-focused mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
