Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation and Management: Prepare documents for meetings, write up minutes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist with planning activities, events, and marketing initiatives to promote our services.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect and collate data into reports for analysis, and navigate and update systems such as Carelink+, Carers Register, Child Story, and SharePoint.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including those with disabilities and their families.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Intermediate skills in the Office Suite, including SharePoint, and a strong understanding of administrative processes.
  • Customer Focus: A demonstrated understanding of Out of Home Care services and a strong customer focus.
  • Time Management and Attention to Detail: Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
