Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech pathology services to our clients.
About the Role:- Manage a caseload of clients and provide therapeutic services in a timely and effective manner.
- Deliver speech pathology services to clients in schools, homes, and the local community.
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians to support their professional development.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
