Hotel Operations Specialist
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences by efficiently managing arrivals and departures, responding to guest requests in a courteous manner, and communicating with other departments to meet all guest needs.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to actively resolve guest issues and challenges, promote the hotel's loyalty program, and work a flexible roster including morning and evening shifts as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service while upselling advantageous opportunities
