Key Job Responsibilities

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web development with a strong focus on React.js and modern front-end technologies.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop maintainable reusable efficient React.js applications.
  • Design implement UI components using React.js Redux and other modern libraries.
  • Optimize web applications for performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user experiences.
  • Write clean well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

Candidates must also meet the below requirements:

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in web development with at least 8+ years specializing in React.js.
  • Experience with Go and Next.js is preferred but candidates with at least some experience in these technologies will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of Redux React Context API Hooks and state management patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library etc.).
  • Experience with version control (Git GitHub GitLab or Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture.
  • Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS Azure GCP).
  • Exposure to CICD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience working with WebSockets and real-time applications.
