As a skilled Expert Web Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions for video playback using rendered frames in web.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and building efficient rendering pipelines on Android Mobile Web.
  • Exploring compositor integration strategies to maximise playback accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with browser and backend teams to drive innovation.
  • Contributing to cross-platform solutions that may extend to iOS or other environments as needed.

You will have the opportunity to work on building scalable and reusable mobile architecture aligned with broader industry trends, identify performance bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions, and contribute to a team culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience of TypeScript in Android mobile web.
  • Problem-solving and user impact before attachment to any one language or platform.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly in fast-evolving projects.
  • Deep mobile development experience using web technologies but are comfortable thinking cross-platform.
  • Understanding of the intersection of GPU, CPU, and browser rendering systems.
  • Experience with browser APIs, WebViews, or hybrid rendering pipelines.
