Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting passenger and checked baggage security screenings;
- Managing traffic flow and screening at security checkpoints;
- Delivering exceptional customer service and professionally addressing inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders;
- Adhering to all compliance protocols and safety regulations;
- Documenting incident reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection - Complimentary training available for suitable candidates;
- Full working rights in Australia are required;
- Ability to successfully undergo Drug and Alcohol testing;
- Capability to obtain an ASIC Clearance - Application costs will be covered;
- Experience in customer service with a keen attention to detail;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
