Event Coordinator Role

The Fresh Collective creates unique experiences with premium food and beverages in iconic venues across Australia.

We deliver a range of bespoke events to suit any requirement, from intimate executive gatherings to corporate conferences, weddings, and large-scale events.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for sales and event management across our Brisbane venues, building excellent relationships with clients and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional event experiences.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with a hospitality group or catering company is required.
  • You must possess great relationship-building skills.
  • You should have a dynamic and passionate attitude towards food & beverage.
  • Exceptional time management & communication skills are essential.
  • Sound organisational and computer skills - Priava experience is desirable.
  • You should have high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task/manage multiple events.
  • Ability to make calculated decisions, in line with company policies & procedures is crucial.
  • You should maintain exceptional personal presentation.
  • An outgoing personality with strong sales and negotiation skills is required.
  • You should be able to adapt to a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to potential clients is necessary.
  • Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
