Primary Classroom Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time Primary Teacher to join our supportive, values-based environment in 2026.

This role offers the chance to specialise in a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility, working towards quality of life and focusing on educational outcomes within a Biblical framework and in accordance with the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate the philosophy of Christian Education into practice through effective teaching and learning programs.
  • Plan and prepare quality teaching and learning programs and practices, consistent with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and our pedagogical framework and policies.
  • Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that is inclusive, learner-centered and academically stimulating.
  • Add value to the educational experience by initiating and leading curricular and extra-curricular activities which provide excellent opportunities for students to develop Christian character and grow intellectually, physically, spiritually and socially.

Requirements:

  • A current Queensland Teachers Registration or the ability to obtain one with the appropriate qualifications and availability to start in Term 1, 2026.
  • Experience demonstrating excellent classroom teaching techniques and practices that meet diverse needs and learning styles of students, with specific experience of working with students with Autism.
