We are seeking a Customer Development Manager to join our team in the Canberra region. In this role, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with target customers and understanding their needs.
About the OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and gross margin performance in your territory. You will work closely with Channel Managers and Branch Managers to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Achieve sales budgets through a proactive approach.
- Liaise and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Use CRM systems effectively.
- Hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
- You must have a proven track record in business development or account management within the parts and equipment market.
- You should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You'll be comfortable acquiring new accounts and forging lasting partnerships.
