As a Senior Front-end Developer (React), you will work on delivering high-quality front-end solutions using React.js and Typescript. Your technical leadership will guide junior and senior developers across front-end and full-stack teams, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to junior and senior developers.
  • Setting front-end architectural standards, evaluating new technologies, and collaborating cross-functionally to align UI/UX goals with business objectives.
  • Refactoring existing components to enhance brand customizability and implementing modular CSS patterns.
  • Conducting accessibility reviews and implementing fixes based on WCAG 2.1 (or later) standards.
  • Participating in solution design, development, and testing activities.
  • Maintaining personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.

About the Role:

  • Advanced proficiency with HTML5, CSS across modern frameworks.
  • Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries.
  • Familiarity with modern browser behavior, performance considerations, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining accessible UIs that comply with WCAG standards.
  • Experience with a frontend workshop for developing, testing, styling, and documenting UI components (e.g., Storybook).
