Quality Engineering Manager Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Manager to spearhead our testing efforts in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality engineering, with expertise in functional and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Author and manage test plans, test cases, test data, defects, and reports within Jira and Zephyr Scale.
  • Evaluate and enhance testing processes, driving best practices and standards to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • C coordinate testing activities, guaranteeing adherence to schedules and milestones while identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of work experience in quality engineering roles with functional and automation testing experience.
  • 5 years as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
  • Proficient in Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber / TestNG, Java test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Maven and Azure DevOps.
  • API Testing Experience in Web Services and API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Apidog.
