Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business performance and setting strategic direction for our Personal Care business.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical and decision-making skills to drive growth, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks. You will work closely with our CFO and FP&A teams to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and analysis to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with FP&A to understand and report on key drivers of in-year financial performance, including profit and sales variance analysis
  • Facilitate Integrated Reconciliation meetings and prepare Finance updates for Monthly Business Review meetings
  • Work closely with the CFO, FP&A, and New Zealand Finance Manager on Quarterly Forecast submissions to the Global IPC team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, collate, and report on financial risks and opportunities within the current forecast
  • Continually improve forecasting processes in terms of efficiency and accuracy
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in commercial finance and accounting. You will have excellent analytical and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will also have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
