ANZ Digital Technology Solutions Lead, Personal Care Professional

About the Role:
The ANZ Digital Technology Solutions Lead is a key position within our Personal Care business. As a strategic technology advisor, you will work closely with our ANZ Managing Director and leadership team to implement differentiated digital capabilities that drive business growth and value realisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a technology strategy that supports business goals and drives growth through digital transformation.
- Leverage your expertise to uplift the business' digital maturity and lead the business towards making digital a competitive advantage.
- Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and are aligned to global/regional platform/product guidelines.
- Develop and manage the technology roadmap, including budgeting and business case creation for each initiative.
- Track and measure technology-related expenses, investments, and benefits, and manage the overall total cost to serve and value optimisation.
- Champion digital security and privacy, adhering to internal and external rigorous controls and compliance.
- Cultivate a dynamic digital culture, attracting, retaining, and developing talent for a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT business partner in the CPG/retail industry, with a track record of strategic impact and technology leadership.
- Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships with senior business leaders, demonstrating executive presence and gravitas.
- Strong organisational awareness, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, conducive to collaboration with diverse teams.
- Overall business understanding of the CPG and expertise in at least one of the functional areas, including Digital Marketing or Commercial.
- Digital expertise to understand how key platforms and product capabilities can transform the business, as well as bring in external innovations to accelerate business outcomes.
- Financial fluency, including P&L understanding, business case development, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Portfolio management skills to ensure right governance across the technology roadmap.
