About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the delivery of transformation initiatives at a leading organization in Australia.

  • As a Technical Business Analyst within the Strategy and Transformation team, you will work across business and technical domains to define requirements, analyse systems, and support implementation of innovative solutions.
  • You will identify opportunities for value creation and support strategic planning. Align requirements with business goals and contribute to business cases.
  • A key responsibility is to document business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable solutions. Support agile planning and execution.

The role involves partnering with AI Labs to design and deliver AI solutions. You will analyse data flows and validate models. Additionally, you will support testing, implementation, and benefits tracking.

You will contribute to digitisation and process improvement initiatives. Map workflows and identify optimisation opportunities. Facilitate workshops and communicate technical concepts clearly.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) are preferred. Relevant experience and technical knowledge are essential.

  • Experience with agile delivery and tools (DevOps, SQL, Power BI, Visio);
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills;
