Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to leverage analytics and deliver meaningful insights, supporting key business decisions. This role will focus on driving transformation within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and interpretation. A proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and architects to align solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops and interviews to gather business and technical requirements
  • Analyze and model business processes and data structures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans and initiatives
  • Support delivery teams through the full SDLC, including UAT and implementation
  • Work with data to identify trends, validate system behavior, and support decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient in DevOps, SQL, Confluence, Excel, Miro, and diagramming tools
