Support Worker Role

This permanent part-time Support Worker position is available in our Cromer group home, requiring 60+ hours per fortnight.

  • Provide personalized care to clients, including mealtime assistance and personal care.
  • Transport clients using wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for the individual needs of clients and support them in developing independence.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress.
