Syndicated Loan Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assume the role of Junior Transaction Manager within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of syndicated loans, including timely collection and analysis of financial statements, interpretation of deal terms, and ongoing servicing of existing clients.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with other team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of syndicated loans and leverage industry resources to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of syndicated loans in which the company acts as Facility Agent and/or Security Trustee.
- Review syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation.
- Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information.
- Facilitate deal amendments and handle the collection of lender votes within required timeframes.
- Shadow senior team member on complex transactions.
- Ongoing collaboration with internal teams.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to take accountability for personal development.
