About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Transaction Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans, including timely collection and analysis of financial statements, interpretation of deal terms, and ongoing servicing of existing clients.

You will work closely with other team members to progress understanding of syndicated loans and leverage industry resources to achieve successful outcomes on transactions. You will also have opportunities to attend client meetings and industry conferences to assist with marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
