Role Overview

The Future Students Recruiter plays a pivotal role in driving student recruitment within their designated faculties through strategic initiatives and targeted marketing efforts.

This role leads the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment targets for faculty partners, focusing on planning and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading a student recruitment team, developing lead nurture and conversion plans, analysing market trends, and collaborating with admissions and marketing teams to optimise recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a student recruitment team to achieve domestic enrolment targets by implementing effective strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and implement lead nurture and conversion plans aligned with university strategies to drive student recruitment.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and improvements, ensuring the university remains competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to optimise recruitment efforts and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a student recruitment team or similar team with demonstrated ability to meet targets and develop a team, showcasing leadership skills and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading events and developing events strategies, including event planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Understanding of current challenges and opportunities in the postgraduate market, with the ability to analyse data and inform recruitment strategies accordingly.
