As a Facility Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support for Leisure Centres and Indoor Stadiums.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide information about Leisure Centres programs, events, services, and facilities to both internal and external customers.
- Provide administrative support to the Leisure Centres team, including collecting and mailing correspondence, handling customer inquiries, maintaining databases and registers, preparing relevant reports, and processing cash sales.
- Take all booking enquiries for hireable space within the Indoor Stadiums.
- Face-to-face and telephone customer service skills.
- Experience working within a leisure facility or local council.
- Cash handling experience.
- A current police check and Working with Children Check are required, or candidates must be willing to obtain them.
