We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support in various areas, including office management, executive assistance, event coordination, report writing, and communication skills. You will also interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in events management and stakeholder management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Assistant Director and core regional office team.
- Manage the regional events calendar, coordinating logistics and arrangements as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy office environment, preferably in an assisting role to a senior executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in events management and stakeholder management.
