Leading the coordination and delivery of a production is an exciting opportunity to bring a new show to audiences in one of Australia's most vibrant creative regions.


The role involves working with a small team to lead all phases of the production from pre-production and rehearsals through to touring and final performances at various venues.


As the Production Stage Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing the logistics of the production.
  • Working closely with the Lead Producer and creative team to ensure every performance meets high professional standards.
  • Managing technical aspects such as lighting, sound, staging, and OH&S practices.
  • Providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the production.

This is a unique chance to work on a major new production and contribute to the success of the project. You must be available full-time from 19 January – 3 March 2026 and have reasonable availability for some hours of pre-rehearsal work from mid September 2025 for planning with the team.
