Contact Centre Relationship Manager

We are seeking a passionate Contact Centre Consultant to deliver exceptional service, promote our brand and services to potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound and outbound customer communication through various channels including phone, email, social platforms, SMS, and web messages.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensuring quality of service meets agreed standards.
- Engage with customers and promote our services to provide a positive experience.
- Develop relationships with customers to offer tailored solutions.
- Perform tasks as guided by your manager to ensure seamless operations.
- Current First Aid (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
