Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product and technology teams to develop compelling content that serves our end-users.
  • Partner with designers to review, critique, and enhance the end-to-end product design process.
  • Define content requirements for new features and tools based on business objectives, technical information, and design considerations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with a solid understanding of Agile principles and processes.

Desirable Qualities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in writing for digital products within cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in writing product navigation, guidance, onboarding, and help content, or experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Proficiency in connecting design principles, brand voice, and tone with product narratives, including detailed copy on product interfaces.
  • A solid understanding of design processes and best practices, with experience iterating designs based on research, stakeholder feedback, and metrics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful content strategy and design, including writing samples and style guidelines.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to proofread and self-edit copy to produce error-free content.
