Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare/life science with extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate from a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site initiation visits, monitor clinical trials, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independently perform monitoring activities for 2+ years.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare/life science or related field.
- Strong experience as a Clinical Research Associate from a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
- 2+ years of independent monitoring experience.
- Oncology experience is preferred.
