As an Educational/Program Leader, you will work closely with the service management team to drive success, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence across the center. Desirable Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality practices and outcomes.
- Proven experience in leadership roles in an Early Childhood setting with leadership skills to guide, mentor, and support educators, fostering continuous improvement (min. 1+ year in similar role desirable).
- Excellent communication skills for working with families, educators, and external agencies.
- Experience planning, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs.
- Commitment to reflective practices, feedback, and ongoing professional learning.
- Familiarity with National Regulations and effective use of technology for documentation and planning.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead reflective discussions to enhance practice and implementation of learning frameworks, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and positivity.
- Support and mentor staff by modelling high-quality interactions and program practices, stepping in as needed to demonstrate best practices.
- Collaborate with families and early childhood professionals, forming partnerships with local services to strengthen community ties.
- Regularly assess routines, learning experiences, and child interactions, providing feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with policies, assess risks, and uphold service standards in alignment with governing bodies.
- Document and reflect on children's learning to inform curriculum decisions, supporting educators in developing their documentation style.
