About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Casual Retail Security Officer to provide security services at Green Hills Shopping Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting tenants, guests, and visitors by building relationships with key stakeholders, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

The ideal candidate will have a current NSW Full Security Licence (including crowd control), Apply First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, previous retail security experience, confident communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership of service delivery, high-level problem-solving skills, excellent presentation and corporate attire, and valid work rights in Australia.
