Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee our store operations in Newcastle. As a key influencer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving key performance metrics, and maintaining a safe and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain store appearance.
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, recognition, teamwork, and commitment to outdoor and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience with a track record of success.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, manage diverse personalities, and deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Strong leadership, training, sales-driving, and results orientation.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting.
